The Super 8 Lethbridge is looking to fill the position of Front Desk Manager, with a forward thinking, positive individual that can perform individual tasks while still working with and managing a front desk team.

Key responsibilities would include: Working front desk shifts regularly. Managing, training and re-training the team of front desk agents, thereby ensuring the front desk provides professional and friendly service for guests. Dealing with customers, including handling complaints, resolving guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously. Assisting in adapting and enforcing company and hotel policies and procedures. Verifying that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Updating group information and maintaining, monitoring and preparing group requirements. Guiding and assisting the front desk team in reaching sales and rewards program goals. Overseeing the Rewards programs benefits and VIPs. Reviewing front office work and activity reports generated, as well as the front office log book and guest feedback forms on a daily basis. Maintaining and organizing the front desk and lobby areas. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of a variety of social media platforms. Exceptional computer skills and the ability to work with a variety of software programs.

$20,001 - $45,000
