Our hotel is seeking an EXPERIENCED "hands on" revenue driving, Hotel General Manager who can set and manage a high bar for guest service culture. You will be responsible for 2 properties, and you understand the importance of team work and have an eye for detail in all areas of a full service Hotel management. You like frequent guest contact. As a General Manager, you must be a self-motivated and dedicated leader who can manage your team, WHILE WORKING ALONG SIDE THEM, with integrity, honesty and knowledge, while promoting the culture and values of our Company. You are fluent with hotel operating cost ratios and hotel financial statements. You should be the "jack-of-all-trades" hotel management professional who can manage the details of food outlets (restaurants & bars), front office, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. In addition, it is important that you display excellent communication skills, as well as a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
